General Disclaimer

This is an online open-content collaborative encyclopaedia; that is, a voluntary association of individuals and groups working to develop a common resource of Subaru knowledge. The structure of the project allows anyone with an Internet connection to alter its content. Please be advised that nothing found here has necessarily been reviewed by people with the expertise required to provide you with complete, accurate or reliable information.

That is not to say that you will not find valuable and accurate information in this Wiki; much of the time you will. However, we cannot guarantee the validity of the information found here. The content of any given article may recently have been changed, vandalized or altered by someone whose opinion does not correspond with the state of knowledge in the relevant fields. Note that most other encyclopaedias and reference works also have similar disclaimers.

Keeping it Legal

There are many modifications out there that can be done within the road laws that currently stand in Australia, it is your responsibility to confirm what these are should you chose a certain path like lifting or welding etc. Although we like to think that you are all good sensible people out there, it goes without saying that any modification that you chose to do to your car must be considered in context of other users on the road. So for piece of mind, make sure that if you do chose to follow any of the paths indicated on this wiki Forum page, that it is done at your own peril. Seek professional advice & where possible, follow it …

AUSubaru disclaimer

AUSubaru has no direct affiliation with this site ( as far As I know ) but should have all the usual disclaimer rights that would normally apply … ( more to come )

Other Stuff

I've left room here for updates + further reading ( when I get round to it )

Notes

In specifying the above warnings or expectations is done primarily to ensure the general public safety & is in order to fulfill a duty of care owed to prevent unreasonable risk of harm or injury. Obviously the disclaimers are intended to limit exposure to damages after a harm or injury has already been suffered. Additionally, the disclaimers represent a voluntary waiver of a right or obligation that may be owed to the disclaimant.
